How are my taxes handled PEO vs ASO?

With PEO, your employees are employed by CalmHR, therefore your employee’s W-2 comes from CalmHR, whereas with an ASO, there is no co-employer arrangement. Thus, your employees receive a W-2 with your company EIN.
